Many Thanks to Moonwater, Executive Director of the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center, for an inspiring and helpful presentation on “Conflict Intelligence” and how to reframe a conflict, usually perceived as “bad” or something to be avoided to conflict as a resource and opportunity to get both parties needs’ met.
Conflict = Present 🎁
Conflict is inevitable and healthy conflict takes self-awareness, patience and digging a little deeper under the surface.
In other words, everyone can get along with a little effort and education.
It’s great work and I’m honored to have been able to secure her appearance as Speaker Chair of WPN.
We all appreciated the opportunity to connect, share and learn from each other at our monthly breakfast meeting, at our new location—The Holiday Inn by the airport.
