In late February, in the sleepy town of Bellingham, a nocturnal marauder began placing tortillas, in plastic bags, around the downtown area. These tortillas came with funny and sometimes cryptic messages, and have delighted many in the intervening weeks. Most of the tortilla related action takes place over at the Facebook Group.
