Our readers have enjoyed learning about the different ways folks are engaging in truth, healing and change. Thank you all who have made their voice of decolonization heard through the written word and through visual art.

Land in Common is an important partner to Bomazeen Land Trust, returning over 150 acres to our land trust. The work they do to remove land from the market, and return it to Wabanaki and BIPOC communities. They are currently hiring for a new leadership position. They are seeking some that has experience with community organizing, working with and in BIPOC and/or Wabanaki communities, combined with lived experience.

Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate our camp at Wolimon Stream, in Starks. Kessi, our Food Sovereignty Director made an amazing spread for lunch. We took a walking tour around the campus and then a visit to our planting grounds and the place where Wolimon(Lemon) Stream and the Sandy River meet up. The weather was gorgeous and we’re so happy that we got show show everyone the potential we see in this land.
