WOW! A huge thank you to Bar Harbor B**r Works, Side Street Cafe, The Nor'Easter Pound & Market, Bar Harbor Winery !

Bread, frozen fruits & veggies, lemons & limes, cookies, and so much more has been donated the last few days and we are incredibly grateful for each item.

Congratulations to all our business friends as they wrap up another summer season and thank you for thinking of your neighbors! 💚

💚 We are so grateful for the way this community shows up! 💚

A huge thank you to Oli's Trolley - Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park Tours and Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce for their support, and to everyone who contributed to the more than 500 pounds of food donated to the Pantry. Every can, box, and bag will help feed our neighbors.

🍁🍂 Fall is here, and that means our garden is officially closed up for the season!

With the help of our wonderful volunteers, and the support of College of the Atlantic's Peggy Rockefeller Farm, we were able to grow and share fresh, local produce with the Bar Harbor Food Pantry community — beets, cabbage, lettuce, parsley, and so much more! 🥕🥬

We’re also incredibly grateful to the local farms that helped make this garden possible through generous donations of time, seedlings, tools, and expertise. Your support means so much to us and to the neighbors who enjoyed this fresh produce throughout the season.

Thank you to everyone who helped make it a wonderful season of growing, giving, and sharing! We’re already looking forward to getting our hands in the soil again next year.

🌱 What a wonderful summer! 🌞

A huge THANK YOU to all the local farms, growers, and gleaners who supported the food pantry this season. Because of your generosity, we were able to share beautiful, fresh produce with our community — tomatoes, beets, lettuce, radishes, kale, and so much more! 🥬🍅🥕

We’re incredibly grateful for produce from the farmers’ market, , Bar Harbor Farm, Land & Garden Preserve, Healthy Acadia Gleaning, and home gardens from across the island.

Thank you for helping make fresh, local food available to our neighbors all summer long. 🍂

Unexpected construction has closed Kennebec Place, so for now the Pantry is only accessible by car from Rodick Street. We will still be open 12-6 pm today, with parking available in front of the pantry.

This month, Bar Harbor Food Pantry is asking for donations of kid-friendly snacks! As students head back to school, having animal crackers, granola bars, applesauce and other snacks for lunchboxes and after school makes a big difference for the families we serve.

Drop off at 34 Kennebec Place during open hours or at the YWCA MDI donation bin, 36 Mount Desert St.
