We are excited to share our list of craft fairs for 2026! We have added two additional fairs to our schedule this year. Applications for our fairs are now available on our website! All of our fairs are juried. Please note that the applications posted on our website are the only way to secure your space; do not fall for scammers.

Membership Applications for the Island Arts Association are available for 2026! Applications (along with a $15 application fee) must be postmarked by January 15, 2026. Applicants will be notified of jurying results in early February. Members must live on Mount Desert Island, one of MDI’s outer islands, or in Trenton, Lamoine, or Ellsworth. Members are all juried for acceptance.

Membership Perks Include:
• Lower Fair Fees for Members vs. non-members to all IAA Craft Fairs
• Priority Acceptance to Fairs: When application deadlines are met, members are given priority to fairs that have more applicants than spaces available. Non-members are accepted to our fairs as space allows.
• Invitation to attend IAA's annual meeting.

A few of our artists were featured on the news! Thank you to NEWS CENTER Maine for visiting our craft fair today!

Maine artists showcase unique crafts at the Bar Harbor holiday craft fair, using creativity to raise money for the local YWCA.

We have some wonderful raffle items, thanks to local businesses and artists! Today is the last day to visit our craft fair to enter the raffles (as well as shop from local artists). Raffle winners will be drawn at 3:00pm today. Craft fair is 9:00-4:00.

THIS WEEKEND! Shop from local artists, and celebrate our 50th Anniversary!

Join us for our annual Holiday Craft Fair at the Atlantic Oceanside! Our fair will feature many unique creations by our artists. Our popular raffle will also be available, with all proceeds from raffle tickets going directly to the MDI YWCA! Refreshments will be available to purchase.
