Sunday Nov. 8, 12:30-2:30
Tuesday Nov.10, 10:30-12:30- first ever Homeschool Children's day.
NOV. 10- then open to public 12:30-4 PM (sunset ~415)

Now announcing volunteer drop in Tuesday afternoons. From now until Nov. 17th. From noon to 5:30 ish. We want to be done and packed up before sunset. Time will shorten up in November. Mostly stacking wood and splitting if there's enough folks to help.

Hi! The MDI Community Woodbank is having a " mini volunteer day" Tomorrow - Tuesday, October 20th - from 12:30-2:30 to Paint the Mayflower Trailer , pictured here, all White. Nothing fancy, we're going to slap it on with Rollers. Just wanting to be good stewards to the YWCA, who generously has allowed us to use their land for the Woodbank. 831 State Highway 3, Bar Harbor.

Do you already have a large group who wants to volunteer. We would LOVE to host your group when its most convenient for you. Please send us a message. We will provide 1 or 2 hosts for your volunteer day. Who's going to be first? Brad Jordan or Lisa Horsch Clark or Cameron DePaola? Or maybe YOU. ABSOLUTELY, NEVER EVER
Pay for firewood up front. Many scammers out there, some even claiming to be our founder, the Maine Wood Guy . Don't buy firewood directly from Facebook. Check local, buy local, firewood is C.O.D. Also, if you don't pay, they already know where YOU live. Where in the world does that firewood seller on Facebook marketplace live ( out of state?). DON'T pay for firewood before delivery from marketplace, EVER. Here's a list of known local firewood vendors. If you want to be added or removed from this list, please message Andrew Flanagan. Remember, you only want to burn seasoned hardwood. You should have a years worth already so buy more than you think you need.
