Baltimore Doula Project Our focus is to provide physical, emotional, and educational support to our clients throughout pregnancy, miscarriage, abortion, birth and postpartum.

The Baltimore Doula Project supports and values the experiences of pregnant people in the Baltimore area by providing doula services to pregnant, postpartum and incarcerated individuals and people seeking abortion care. In making full-spectrum doula care available to marginalized populations in Baltimore, we strive to shift the culture of pregnancy, birth, abortion and postpartum care, emphasizing bodily autonomy and empowerment as a standard for pregnant and parenting individuals in the community. It’s been a season of transformation and rebuilding for sure here at BDP and we are so excited to be growing and growing!

We’re looking to expand our board and leadership circle with passionate volunteers.

If you’ve been called to serve your community in some way this could be it!

BDP is a non-profit focused on providing comprehensive and compassionate sliding scale doula care to pregnant and postpartum individuals in and around Baltimore.

If you’re interested in joining our board or leadership circle, please visit the link in our bio ⬆️ and fill out the application.

Applications will be open until April 15th and then interviews will begin.

We are currently looking for:

Leadership circle - Social Media Coordinator

The Baltimore Doula Project supports and values the experiences of pregnant people in the Baltimore area by providing doula services to pregnant, postpartum and incarcerated individuals and people seeking abortion care. By focusing on communities that face higher rates of stigma and fewer care options, we are working to fill a gap in quality and compassionate pregnancy care.

BDP is pro-abortion, gender-affirming, and anti-racist. We support everyone’s right to be informed and make decisions on their reproductive health, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, age, education, or income level.
