Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming part of how we work, communicate, share information, and serve our communities. But what do healers and community leaders actually need to know about AI?

Join the All Healers Mental Health Alliance (AHMHA) on Sunday, August 23, from 7:00–8:00 PM ET for:
AI Essentials for Healers: What Community Leaders Need to Know

Our featured speaker, Khalid Robinson, Founder and CEO of October Moon media group, Fractional CTO, and Technology Shepherd, will help us cut through the AI hype and explore how emerging technology can be used practically and ethically while keeping human connection at the center.
Guided by his philosophy, Improve the H.U.E. (Human User Experience), Khalid approaches technology as a way to amplify human capacity, not replace it.

Following his presentation, we will open the conversation for questions and discussion with the AHMHA community.

🗳️ Make a Plan. Cast Your Vote. Encourage Others.

As primary elections take place across the country, now is the time to make your voice heard.

Voting is one of the most important ways we can influence the future of our communities. We encourage everyone to check their voter information, learn about what's on the ballot, make a plan to vote, and help family, friends, and neighbors do the same.

At All Healers Mental Health Alliance, we believe community wellness includes civic engagement. When people participate, communities become stronger, more connected, and more resilient.

Your voice matters.
Your vote matters.

June marks the beginning of Hurricane Season and preparedness is an act of care for ourselves, our families, and our communities. 💙

As healers, helpers, and leaders, we understand that emergencies impact mental health just as much as physical safety. Being prepared can reduce stress, increase resilience, and help communities recover stronger together.

This month, we encourage everyone to:

• Review emergency plans
• Check emergency kits
• Update medications and important documents
• Support elders and vulnerable neighbors
• Prioritize emotional wellness during times of uncertainty

It is not too late to prepare.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the healers out there. 🌷

Today, we honor the mothers, mother figures, caregivers, aunties, grandmothers, nurturers, and community healers who pour love, care, wisdom, and strength into others every single day.

As you continue to heal, support, guide, and hold space for others, we want to gently remind you: your care matters too.

Rest is not selfish.
Joy is not optional.
Self-care is part of the healing work.

May today be a moment for you to breathe, receive love, and remember that you are worthy of the same tenderness you give so freely.

With gratitude,
All Healers Mental Health Alliance

Mental health is health, for the community and for the healers.

At All Healers Mental Health Alliance, we believe healing begins when people feel seen, heard, supported, and safe enough to be honest about what they are carrying.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we also honor the healers, caregivers, advocates, clinicians, faith leaders, organizers, and community members who pour into others every day.

Self-care is not selfish. It is how we sustain the work of healing.

This month, we invite you to check in on yourself and someone you love. Rest when you need to. Ask for support. Create space to breathe, reflect, grieve, and recover.

Together, we can build communities where mental health is honored, stigma is reduced, and healing includes the healers too.

Spring invites us to pause and notice what renewal can look like in our own lives. 🌱🌸

For many, this season holds spiritual meaning through Easter and traditions of hope, reflection, and renewal. For others, it may simply be a time to reconnect with nature, embrace new beginnings, and honor the beauty of growth all around us.

As the flowers bloom and new life emerges, spring reminds us that healing can be gentle, growth can be gradual, and renewal often begins in small, quiet ways.

This season, may we all find space to breathe deeply, reconnect with what grounds us, and welcome what is ready to bloom within and around us.

Wishing you a season of peace, restoration, and fresh possibility. 🌼✨
