StrongerMemory is a brain exercise program designed to help people with mild cognitive impairment, early signs of dementia, and those wanting to ensure a healthy brain as they age. Goodwin House Incorporated President & CEO Rob Liebreich created the program after his mother Wendy started showing signs of mild cognitive impairment. StrongerMemory is a curriculum-based approach that involves spendin
g just 30 minutes a day completing simple math problems quickly, reading aloud, and writing by hand. Participants say doing these exercises 5-7 days a week has helped them focus better, forget words less, and feel empowered about their brain health. Through the generosity of the Liebreich family and the Goodwin House Foundation, StrongerMemory is available for free and accessible to all.
