Meet Ms. Brown.

In 2025, Ms. Brown was released from incarceration and ready for a new beginning. She completed the PIVOT program, gained employment, and obtained a home of her own.

Today, Ms. Brown is thriving and continuing to build a stable foundation for her future. Her journey is a powerful reminder that with determination, support, and a plan, positive change is possible.

We love to see our alumni thriving through reentry and achieving the goals they set for themselves. Ms. Brown’s success is what PIVOT is all about—empowering women to rewrite their stories and create brighter futures.

In recognition of Women’s Health Month, we are proud to spotlight one of our valued community partners, Delayna Watkins, Founder of The Women’s Wellness Lounge.

For the past two years, Delayna has partnered with PIVOT to empower our women with knowledge, resources, and practical tools to prioritize their health and well-being. Through her trainings and guidance, our participants gain a deeper understanding of women’s health and the importance of taking a holistic approach to wellness—mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to health education, Delayna provides information on medical pathway training opportunities for eligible participants, helping women explore rewarding careers in the healthcare field.

Because of her dedication and commitment, our ladies are equipped with the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed decisions about their health and create healthier futures for themselves and their families.
