Part of our Swim Across America Baltimore team was in Austin, TX early this week for the Swim Across America Summit! What a wonderful time with our SAA Family reconnecting with our fellow event directors across the country, the SAA National team, boards, Olympians, and Fellows. We always enjoy seeing Dr. Luis Diaz from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (and formerly Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center!) to hear about recent research stemming from the groundbreaking drug, Keytruda, started with research funded by our swim here in Baltimore! We’re back in Baltimore inspired and with new ideas ready to 🌊
