We enjoyed a great Staff Appreciation Lunch at Ballston Lakeview Tavern! It was a great opportunity to spend time together and recognize the hard work our team puts in throughout the year.

Thank you to our VCHC staff for your continued dedication and commitment to the veterans, families, and individuals we serve. We appreciate everything you do for VCHC and our community!

Is there a Veteran or Service Member in your life who could use a few hours to just… breathe? 💙

September is Su***de Prevention Month, and for Veterans and Service Members, conversations around mental health, PTSD and su***de prevention matter deeply. Sometimes reaching out doesn’t have to mean having the perfect words. Sometimes it can simply mean, “Hey, want to go do this with me?”

This month, we’re offering a few FREE, three-hour Freedom Rein demos at the farm. No 8-week commitment. No expectations. Just come as you are, meet the herd and experience it.

And here’s the best part: you can come with them. For these special demos, a friend, spouse, family member, or support person can participate right alongside their Veteran or Service Member, completely free.

So share this with someone you love. Better yet, ask them to come with you. 💙🐴

Three hours. One experience. No expectations.

Thank you to Assemblyman Robert Smullen for having us at their Veterans Picnic on Thursday, August 20th! We are grateful for the opportunity to spend the evening with veterans, their families, and members of the community.

Events like this are a wonderful way to come together, build connections, and show our appreciation for the courageous veterans who have served our country. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a meaningful evening. We were honored to be a part of it!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Dancing Grain Farm Brewery for Community Pint Night! We had a wonderful evening connecting with our community and coming together to support a great cause.

We’re especially grateful to Dancing Grain Farm Brewery for hosting the event and supporting the Veterans & Community Housing Coalition. Your generosity helps us continue providing housing and supportive services to Veterans and their families.

Last week, the Veterans & Community Housing Coalition had a wonderful time at Seniors Day at the Altamont Fair!

Our team enjoyed spending the day connecting with seniors, community members, and fellow organizations while sharing more about VCHC and the services we provide to support veterans, individuals, and families in our community.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a great community event and to meet so many wonderful people! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table to chat, learn more about VCHC, and show their support.
