Stop in and enjoy some cold beverages and wood fired pizza at Speckled Pig Brewing tonight. It’s a dine to donate night; help us keep making an impact on the future of our community like our project pictured.

Through our fundraising efforts and ability to apply for grants with CNY Rotary we delivered $1500 in school supplies for the Ballston Spa Central School District.

Thank you to the community for supporting our efforts year round and our partnership with the school in making this a success.

Ballston Spa Rotarians today helped deliver lunches on behalf of the Ballston Spa Baptist Summer Lunch Program. It feeds 200 local kids who would get a school lunch during the school year.

We held our annual dinner last week at The Factory Eatery and recognized Betsy Seplowitz of Nourish Designs as Citizen of the Year, as well as Jere Blackwelder as Rotarian of the Year. Jere also received a special award from President Steve for 50 years of Rotary service. Peter Fabian and Kathi Davis Leigh received Paul Harris recognition.

The state-champion Ballston Spa Middle School Odyssey of the Mind team, which we supported with $400 in travel funding, placed 10th in the world finals in their problem late last week in Iowa City, Iowa. CONGRATULATIONS to them!

The Ballston Spa Rotary Club this morning presented a check to the state champion Ballston Spa Middle School Odyssey of the Mind team to support their trip to World Competition later this month in Iowa. Rotary is very much about supporting our students and the future!

Come join us tomorrow morning as we perform our annual spring cleanup in the village parks.

We start at 9AM in Wiswall Park and then venture over to the Veterans Park. We also typically make a trip down to Kelley Park while some friends work on Tedisco Trail.

Our friends, the Ballston Spa Lions Club have a group that works on Old Iron Springs.

Some breakfast goodies will be available.
Bring your rakes and gloves.
