Jewish Relief Agency

Jewish Relief Agency The Jewish Relief Agency mobilizes volunteers to feed individuals in need in our community. Through community service, JRA’s volunteers nourish body and soul.

Jewish Relief Agency (JRA) mobilizes volunteers to assist people in need. Our volunteers pack and deliver food to over 6,400 diverse low-income individuals throughout Greater Philadelphia. All of our volunteers, who are of many backgrounds, faiths, ages and abilities, are united by a common commitment to help those in need and strengthen community. JRA is an independent 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. JRA works in partnership with, and is supported by: the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, Philabundance, Share, and more than 200 other community organizations, as well as financial contributions from generous individuals, foundations, and corporations. Ready to help those in need!? Join us at our next Food Distribution. Learn more at www.jewishrelief.org.

Save the Date! 📅 December 3rd

Join JRA for our 2026 Annual Event to End Hunger: “A Constant Light In Changing Times.”

As the need for food assistance continues to grow, JRA remains a constant light for thousands of neighbors facing food insecurity and financial hardship across Greater Philadelphia.

We’ll come together to celebrate JRA’s community of volunteers, donors, and supporters and honor past Board Chair Bill Novick for his inspiring leadership and dedication to JRA.

Stay tuned for event updates, sponsorship opportunities, and ways you can help JRA continue to bring light to our community. Learn more about JRA and how you can support our work by visiting jewishrelief.org or clicking the link in our bio.
