My heart remains deeply connected to Jamaica.🇯🇲💛
While speaking on dyslexia awareness - especially within the visually impaired and neurodivergent community - I met this remarkable young lady whose courage and spirit left an imprint on my soul.
Standing beside her reminded me why advocacy matters, why awareness matters, and why inclusion is not optional - it is necessary.
With the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa, my prayers remain with every family and every community working to rebuild and recover. For those I've been able to stay connected with, thank you for your love and strength. For those I have not spoken to yet, please know that you are in my sincere thoughts and prayers.
Soon, I'll share a beautiful moment with this spirited young lady singing - a moment that reaffirmed why this work is so deeply important to me.
Thank you Jamaica, for your resilience, courage, beauty, and your generosity of spirit.
Thank you for reminding us that even in the hardest storms, community finds a way to rise.🇯🇲🌟
