Thank you to TNP Policy Council Chair Stella Logan for testifying before the House Public Health Committee on the critical interim charge of Texas' health care workforce shortages.

As Stella reminded lawmakers:

"Texas has a healthcare access problem. And at the heart of that access problem is a workforce shortage."

Texas patients need solutions that grow the healthcare workforce, invest in training, strengthen primary care, and remove unnecessary barriers to NPs.
