Envisioned by Gary Keller, co-founder of Keller Williams Realty, KW Next Gen is an educational nonprofit founded with the belief that the cultivation of a growth mindset needs to begin as early in life as possible. It leverages the incredible success of Keller Williams Realty by bringing the company's strengths in education and training to the next generation of world leaders.
