BIG NEWS! 🎉 Leadership Austin has been selected as one of just 14 Community Leadership Programs nationwide to participate in a groundbreaking new national pilot.

The initiative is designed to equip leaders with practical tools to navigate differences, build trust, and solve complex community challenges—together.

As Central Texas continues to grow and change, the challenges facing our region increasingly require leaders to work across sectors, perspectives, and organizations. This pilot gives our 2026–27 cohort of 65 Central Texas leaders the opportunity to strengthen those skills—and helps Leadership Austin shape a model that could influence community leadership development across the country.
