Kappa Alpha Delta National Honor Fraternity, an organization that strives for academic excellence and ethical conduct, strongly condemns the ongoing war crimes and the tragic loss of innocent lives in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine. We believe in the value of human life, justice, and the pursuit of peace, and we call for an immediate end to violence and a just resolution to this long-standing conflict.

As an organization that upholds the principles of scholarship, community, and virtue, we are deeply saddened by the devastating impact of the recent events in the region. We firmly believe that education and dialogue are essential tools in achieving lasting peace. Our mission has always been to foster an environment of unity, diversity, and inclusivity, and we stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza during this crisis.

Kappa Alpha Delta National Honor Fraternity calls on all parties involved to:
· Cease hostilities and work towards a peaceful resolution through diplomatic means.
· Respect the rights and dignity of all civilians, regardless of their nationality or ethnicity.
· End the collective punishment of Palestinian people in Gaza, and restore the flow of electricity, water, medicine, and other necessary humanitarian supplies.
· Engage in open and constructive dialogue to address the root causes of the conflict.

Kappa Alpha Delta also calls on the United States government to change its standing policy within the U.N. from opposing efforts to provide immediate relief to the people Gaza to support these efforts and withdraw support for the war crimes in Gaza.

Our thoughts are with the innocent civilians who have suffered, and we offer our support to any humanitarian efforts aimed at alleviating the suffering caused by this conflict. We urge our members and the broader community to promote peace, understanding, and empathy during these challenging times. Included below are organizations that have shown a history of supporting victims in areas with active conflict, and grass-roots organizations that aim to directly aid those suffering in Gaza.

As we observe Veterans Day, we at Kappa Alpha Delta National Honor Fraternity extend our deepest gratitude to all the veterans who have served our nation with honor and bravery. Your sacrifices and dedication have not only protected our freedoms but have also set a remarkable example of service and commitment for all of us.

Today, we remember those who have worn the uniform of our armed forces, and we recommit ourselves to supporting our veteran brothers and sisters in every way we can. Whether it's through community service, advocacy, or simply saying "thank you," we recognize the immense value of your contributions to our nation and our lives.

To our veterans: your courage, resilience, and integrity inspire us daily. You embody the principles that our fraternity holds dear, and we are proud to stand with you not just today, but every day.

Let us all take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by our veterans and their families. We encourage our members and the wider community to engage in acts of service and kindness as a way to honor our veterans' service.
