Last night, Billy Laube '72, SPX Athletic Hall of Fame soccer player, was recognized by both the girls and boys soccer team for his ongoing support of St. Pius X.

Today at graduation we were proud to honor Patty Gilmer Childs '77 as the 2026 St. Pius X Distinguished Alumni. Patty has served 37 years in the Archdiocese of Atlanta, first as a teacher at St. Thomas More, then teacher and principal at St. Jude and now as Superintendent of Schools for the Archdiocese of Atlanta. Many of you may remember Sister Mary Kay as she served at St. Pius X from 1986-1998 working in both Health Services and Campus Ministry.
