Celebrating our Nobis Enterprises team members! 👏

Mynyon May, Supervisor, and Tony Dunn, General Clerk II, at Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus, Mississippi, recently helped the Military Personnel Flight earn Team of the Quarter honors!

Working alongside military personnel, Mynyon and Tony played an important role in strengthening operations, improving training, and ensuring compliance. Their efforts helped resolve long-standing deficiencies, train and certify 45 military and civilian personnel, and support the development of a five-year continuity plan.

We’re proud of the expertise, dedication, and impact our Nobis Enterprises team members bring to their work every day. Congratulations!

🌱 Growing skills and growing partnerships!

Teammates from Shades of Green Permaculture connected with our Academy students to share insights about the landscaping field and conduct a hands-on site analysis of Tommy Nobis Center’s greenspace.

🍦 What a sweet CONNECT event! 🍦

Our Ice Cream Social was a wonderful opportunity for students to build confidence, practice communication and networking skills, and, most importantly, learn to be the “main character” in their own story.

Students practiced introducing themselves, shaking hands, sharing their personal stories, and identifying the experiences, strengths, interests, and goals that make their stories uniquely theirs.

We loved seeing students step outside their comfort zones, connect with their families and peers, share their stories, and then celebrate together over ice cream!
