The RICE Awards Foundation 501c3 is proud to join forces with RICE Chairman Atty Brian Poe and RICE sponsor Georgia Injury Attorneys at the Inaugural Chairwoman's Ball honoring and supporting fellow RICE Awards Board Member, Chairwoman Alieka Anderson-Henry, on Saturday, June 6, 2026. This special evening will benefit the Anderson-Henry Foundation, which empowers our youth through scholarships, mentorship opportunities, and community initiatives that create brighter futures.

Gatewood, Esq., Dean Emeritus of John Marshall Law School, has been sworn in and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court—an achievement that reflects the very highest standards of the legal profession. Proud moment for the Rising In Community Excellence (RICE) Awards. Our Board Members—Attorney Brian Poe (Chairman), Dr. Alieka Anderson Henry (Chairwoman of Clayton County), and Dr. C. Chandon Carter (CEO)—had the honor of presenting a donation to David Manuel (in black) of the I Am Father 5K Walk & Run Foundation.

This contribution was one of six charitable donations awarded in 2025 by The RICE Awards Foundation, This check was presented during the Annual Georgia Injury Attorneys New Year’s Eve Gala, Hosted By Attorneys Brian Poe & Jamie Cox — an evening dedicated to service, impact, and community empowerment.
