Yesterday’s Spring Youth Fair focusing on Workforce & Wellness was a huge success! Youth and young adults in our Thrive by Hope program were able to apply for jobs on the spot thanks to partnerships with Keurig Dr Pepper,Thryve.Today Training Center, 1-800-Got-Junk, U.S. Army, Fulton Cty Youth Action Board, the Balance of State Youth Action Board and HTS!
GNR Public Health, Good Samaritan Health Centers of Gwinnett, Morehouse School of Medicine, Georgia Wellness Group and Freedom Path Counseling were onsite providing medical and behavioral health resources and support.
Clients were offered headshots with Strike A Pose Atlanta which was so fun! We even had some group shots. Inspire Brands fed all participants a wonderful lunch catered by Jimmy John's. Megan’s favorite sweet treat cart Mocha Pops was there serving the most delicious popsicles made local in Atlanta.
It was a great afternoon filled with promise, hope and motivation.
Our team strives to better the lives of the guests we serve connecting them to livable wage career paths and overall wellness to succeed.
We appreciate our Community Partners that made this day a success!

We are SO excited for this Thursday!
We are hosting our Annual Spring Youth Fair open to all clients ages 16-24 in our Thrive by Hope programs.

This one is focusing on Wellness & Workforce. ❤️
Our incredible health, wellness and workforce employment partners are joining us for this fun day! We have a fun Headshot Photo Booth for our guests to get updated headshots too!
This event is rain or shine you won’t want to miss☀️

Clients must arrange transportation with case managers ahead of the event.
Lunch and sweet treats are provided. Come spin the wheel for cool swag and enter the raffle for some cool prizes!
Mobile showers and haircuts also provided.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Thursday May 14th we partnered with MARTA Police Department and St. Vincent de Paul Georgia at the Chamblee Station to serve those in need. With help from Standard Textile and Bombas we had 28 showers and the got new towels and socks with a new outfit thanks to Mimi Dukes Art. 25 friends also got a haircut by Atlanta Beauty & Barber Academy. We also provided 60 Chick-fil-A biscuits to our unhoused neighbors and Dr. Pepper provided drinks.

Thursday May 7th we are at the North Springs MARTA Station with MARTA Police Department offering showers, haircuts, clothing and a hot meal.

We had an amazing day serving our unhoused community in Midtown this past Saturday May 2nd☀️. Our friends at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Atlanta hosted us as we served lunch to 60 people, all thanks to The Sandwich Project. Keurig Dr Pepper kept everyone hydrated with waters and soft drinks. We're thankful for 's generous donation of new clothing and Bombas continued support with new clean socks. helped out at our Food and clothing table, assisting 36 guests, made possible by Standard Textile towel donation. This is community at its finest ❤️ - everyone working together to support our neighbors.

Have you met our incredible Thrive by Hope team?

Featured in the green is our Youth Outreach, Youth Drop In Center & Empowerment Team, and Youth Navigation Team for Gwinnett, Atlanta, Fulton and Clayton Counties. They have been providing extensive case management and trauma informed wrap around services for four years now focusing on youth choice, mental health and wellness, financial literacy, workforce development and empowering young adults to create and maintain their own paths.

In the pink we have our Parenting Youth Shelter night staff who support our pregnant and parenting moms (18-24) and their small children in Gwinnett County.
* We already need a new picture as we’ve added two new case managers to our team. More pics to come!
