Concorde Fire Soccer Association The spirit of the laws must be observed, as well as the letter of the laws." FIFA 1957

ATLANTA CONCORDE FIRE espouses the FIFA Laws of the Game.
• "The Laws of the Game prescribes an exemplary code of behavior (both on and off the field and in the sport as a whole) which is often referred to as the 'spirit of the game.' If the sport of soccer is to continue to be one of the most popular games in the world, then those who take part in it must keep up the great tradition. Everyone wishes to win and there is often much temptation to win at all costs but true sports participants (players, coaches and spectators) can find small satisfaction in a victory won by unfair means.
