We were honored to welcome Congressman Rick Allen to Thomson Drug and have the opportunity to talk about the issues affecting our patients, our profession, and our community.
Independent pharmacies are on the front lines of healthcare every day, and it is important that the voices of our patients and communities are heard in Washington. We appreciated the opportunity to discuss the challenges facing community pharmacy, the impact those challenges have on patient access and prescription costs, and the need for meaningful PBM reform.
At Thomson Drug, advocacy is about more than protecting independent pharmacy — it’s about protecting our patients’ ability to receive affordable, accessible care from the pharmacy they know and trust.
