If July asked a lot of you, take a breath. You made it here.

Your reminder for this new month: you do not have to reinvent yourself to be worthy. Healing is not about becoming someone brand new. It is about coming home to the girl who was always precious, long before the world made her doubt it. 🤍

Some of us walked into this Monday still carrying last week — the disappointment, the conversation that didn't go well, the goal that slipped away. We think we're reflecting, but really... we're just re-carrying.

Here's the truth: You can't carry Last Week into the New Week. God gave you a fresh Monday for a reason — so you could try again, lighter this time.

This week is holding something for you. New chances. New doors. New grace. But you can't receive it with your hands full of what last week took from you.
So today, release it. The regret. The replaying. The "what ifs."
