Community, connection, and civic engagement in action! 🌱🤝

The Fresh & Engaged Community Festival brought neighbors together for an afternoon of food, music, local vendors, family activities, and meaningful conversations.

Rooted in IMAN’s FRESH series — Food Access, Resilience, Expression, Solidarity & Healing — the festival created space for community members to connect, celebrate, and take an active role in shaping their communities.

Through the DeKalb Candidate Meet & Greet, attendees also had the opportunity to engage in civic conversations and learn more about the importance of making their voices heard.

🗳️ Your voice matters. Your vote matters. Make a plan to vote and encourage others to do the same!

Thank you to our partners, volunteers, vendors, and everyone who made this gathering possible.

All faiths. All families. All are welcome.
