Atlanta Prime Timers Welcome to the page of Atlanta Prime Timers (APT)! We invite you to explore our website for more information on our chapter.

Through social, educational, and cultural events our goal is to bring gay men, bisexual men and transgender individuals who identify as male together. Our membership consists of over 200 men of diverse ages, backgrounds, and interests. Presently, most of our members range in age from 50-69, however a significant number are above age 69 and a few are younger than 50. We come from all walks of life.

Many members are retired, although some are still active in their careers. Many involve themselves in their community with volunteerism, politics, gay issues, arts, and entertainment. Some of us are always on the go, and some enjoy the quiet company of others at home. Some members depend on Prime Timers as their primary social outlet, while for others, our activities and events supplement an already busy schedule. Through social, educational, and cultural events our goal is to bring men together in a way that encourages the development of meaningful, long lasting friendships. Atlanta Prime Timers began as the fifth chapter of Prime Timers Worldwide (http://www.primetimersww.com).
