Ya'll I have been writing this blog for weeks now with hopes of having it in your mailbox by Oct 1st at 4:44 p.m. and here we are almost at Oct 2nd.You see, grief has no expiration date, it has no magic "easy button" nor does it come with a custom manual on how to navigate this journey. Sure, Ch8sin...

October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, a time to honor and remember babies who were deeply loved and the families forever changed by loss.

For Ch8sing Waterfalls, this month holds a deeply personal meaning. We honor the memory and legacy of D’Anika, whose life reminds us that love lives beyond.

Throughout October, we invite you to help us Ch8se Change with an $8 donation. The 8 represents the infinity within Ch8sing Waterfalls and symbolizes a love that never ends. Your support helps us continue creating spaces for healing, raising awareness, supporting families, and providing resources.

Their lives matter.
Their stories matter.
Our support matters.

Donate $8. Ch8se Change. Keep D’Anika’s legacy alive. https://bit.ly/4DAnika

Always loved. Never forgotten.

💪🏾🎥 : Dr. Kampin Kay Cee

After a long day, we made our way down to Melanated Campout. It was dark, but the sheer excitement of the event had us ready to set up our tents in the pitch dark and wind, with only our headlamps and lanterns to light the way. We finished, slept, and woke up the next morning ready to volunteer!

Release the fear.
Embr8ce the Ch8se.
Choose “YES, I did it!” over “I wish I had.”

And 71 Ch8sers did exactly that!

had the honor of leading 71 incredible people on a coed Ch8se during the Melanated Campout- Come Camp, Party, Relax with us! 2026. Together, we stepped beyond comfort zones, embraced the outdoors, and created another powerful “YES, I did it!” moment.

Because sometimes healing begins with simply saying YES to the Ch8se.

Credit from Dr. Kampin. Kay Cee - Have you ever made cordage from vines?

We harvested wisteria vines, smashed the hard outer layer and peeled off the bark to get to the soft inner fibers. While the fibers were still wet, we used a two strand twist method to create cordage.

This was one of the many FREE events provided by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
