Today's the final day on our annual giving campaign! If you haven't yet had a chance to contribute, you can still do so by midnight tonight! If you are able, we'd love for you to help us reach our goal of having every OGE family participate, at any amount! Every contribution, large and small, helps make a direct impact on our students, teachers and school as a whole. 🤗

If you contribute by midnight you'll also be automatically entered to win one of our three prizes:

🍂One free Afternoon Enrichment club sign-up
🍂One Free Rent the Rock sign up
🍂 Two free tickets to the Foundation's spring Auction & Trivia Night event

if you have already contributed, thank you SO much for helping make OGE such a special place for our students! 💛💙🦅

Here’s another peek at what Foundation funding looks like in action! 📚✨ Come along with us as we visit OGE Literacy Coach, Mrs. Amy Myers!

The Oak Grove Foundation is proud to fully fund the Literacy Coach position, as well as provide resources and classroom materials that help Mrs. Myers strengthen the reading and literacy skills of our OGE students.

Your contributions allow us to go above and beyond for our students—providing additional staff, resources and opportunities that raise the bar for their education. And this is just one of the many ways Foundation funding makes a direct impact at Oak Grove every single day! 💛💙🦅

🍂 Tomorrow (Friday) is the LAST DAY to go (F)All in for Oak Grove! If you haven’t donated yet, there’s still time to make an impact. Every contribution makes a difference - thank you in advance! 🫶

Ever wondered what your Oak Grove Foundation donation looks like in action? 💚 Come along with us as we visit the OGE STEM Lab to see some of our funds put to work! 💪

The Oak Grove Foundation is proud to fully fund the STEM Coordinator position, filled by the amazing Mrs. Esther Francis, as well as provide materials and technology that help bring hands-on STEM learning to life for our students. 🔬💡⚙️

Your contributions make experiences like these possible—and this is just one of the many ways Foundation funding directly impacts our students every day.

There are still a few days left to contribute during the (F)All in for Oak Grove campaign! Link in bio to donate!

Have you heard (or read 📚) the news? We're so excited to share that The Oak Grove Foundation is bringing a book vending machine to OGE! 📖✨ Soon students will be able to use Dojo points to "buy" books of their choice from a variety of choices and reading levels!

But first, we need their help! Your student should have received a blank heart template in their communicator this past Friday. They can fill it in with a design/drawing of their choice that expresses what reading means to them - a favorite book, literary character, scene from a story, or how reading makes them feel! 📚💖 All of the hearts will be incorporated into the design on the book vending machine so our current students can leave their mark on OGE for years to come!

⏳ All heart templates are due back to school by this Thursday, 10/1 (please disregard the incorrect due date of Thurs, 10/4 listed on the template). We can't wait to see what our students create!

Initiatives like this are made possible by your generous donations to the Oak Grove Foundation! Thank you in advance for going (F)All In for Oak Grove during our annual campaign, now through this Friday, October 2nd!

Why does the Oak Grove Foundation ask you to donate every year? 🤔

Grover is here with a few examples of the programs that we fund!

📚 Literacy Coach position & Orton-Gillingham training tor teachers
🔬 STEM Coordinator position and STEM Lab supplies
🎭 4th/5th grade licensed Broadway Junior musical and other school wide art projects, such as the clay chickens and gnomes of past years!
🌱 Outdoor Learning Spaces: Like the awesome playground turf and Birdsong Nature Trail (ongoing maintenance + a new ramp!)
..and SO much more! Online learning platforms (Seesaw, Brainpop, IXL, etc), grants for teacher conferences and classroom supplies, Afternoon Enrichment Club teacher stipends, school-wide programs like Compost NOW, and more!

Ready to make your donation and help ensure all of these things are available to our OGE students and staff in the future? Visit oakgrovefoundation.org/donate to go (F)All in for Oak Grove today! 🍂

Something special is growing in the OGE cafeteria…our Oak Grove Foundation “Giving Tree!” 🌳

Make a donation of any amount during our (F)All in for Oak Grove campaign, now through Oct. 2, and we’ll add a leaf to the tree with your family’s last name on it! 🍂

Students will love searching for their family’s leaf—and we love that every leaf represents a gift that helps the Foundation continue to support the programs, resources and experiences that make Oak Grove so special. 💛💙

We can’t wait to watch our Giving Tree fill up with Oak Grove family leaves! 🍁 Link in bio to donate today!
