Hey, our community!
We are a small, Black-owned family business, deeply committed to preserving Black culture. Our name, Sankofa, comes from an ancient Akan symbol that means:
“Go back and fetch what you must not forget.”
That is our purpose — freedom is not just about moving forward. It is about carrying the strength of our ancestors with us, especially as Juneteenth approaches. ✨
Each Juneteenth piece we create is carefully designed — bold patterns, vibrant colors — they represent our power and our pride. 🔴⚫🟢
Made for the cookouts, the festivals, the family reunions, the music, the joy — and the generations who carried us here.
