In this role, you'll co-lead parenting groups that mix hands-on skill-building with open conversation, helping families strengthen their parenting, build stable homes, and keep kids safe and thriving. CITC is hiring a Clinical Manager for our Recovery and Reentry department!

This full-time leadership role provides clinical oversight for Recovery and Reentry programs, making sure participants receive trauma-informed, culturally responsive, recovery-oriented care. You'll lead weekly case staffings, supervise and train clinical staff, and work alongside Program Managers to build a unified leadership team.

We're looking for someone with strong supervision and team-building skills, a solid grounding in evidence-based treatment and HIPAA, and an understanding of the cultural, health, and social needs of the Alaska Native and American Indian community.
