Congratulations to former ANPA Board member Zach Dunlap on being named General Manager of Fairweather, LLC!
We're proud to celebrate this well-deserved achievement and wish him continued success in his new leadership role!
Doyon, Limited is pleased to announce Zach Dunlap as Fairweather’s new General Manager.
Dunlap brings over 19 years of comprehensive experience as Operations Director at Doyon, Limited. With a diverse background spanning various positions within the organization, Dunlap has cultivated an in-depth understanding of operational intricacies and strategic management. Outside his corporate roles, he serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Alaska Pacific University (APU) Institute of Business and Public Policy, where he shares his expertise with the next generation of business leaders.
Dunlap holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Alaska Native Executive Leadership (ANELP) graduate certificate from APU, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a minor in Alaska Native Business Management from the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA).
In addition to his professional and academic pursuits, Dunlap is deeply involved in community engagement. He currently serves on the UAA Alumni Association Board of Directors. His board service also includes a tenure as Treasurer of the Alaska Native Professional Association (ANPA), during which he contributed to advancing indigenous professionals and the broader community.
Dunlap is a proud Doyon shareholder who grew up in Anchorage, Alaska. He continues to reside there with his wife and two young children.

Fairweather joined the Doyon Family of Companies in 2023, providing expertise in oilfield support, weather, logistics, and medical services on the North Slope.
Vern Johnson will continue serving as President of Fairweather as the company advances its mission of delivering exceptional services to customers across Alaska and beyond.
