Are you driven to make a difference for Alaskan families? Has your life experience involved caring and advocating for a child or youth with behavioral health, substance use, and/or an intellectual or developmental disability? Are you a parent or caregiver that is successfully managing one of these life experiences yourself? Join our vibrant team of caring individuals using their lived and professional experience to help families and youth turn their challenges into successes! AYFN is a family-run, not-for-profit, social service and home and community-based health provider. We provide support, education, advocacy, case management, and family preservation and reunification services to multi-systemically involved families (behavioral health, child welfare, courts, juvenile justice, special education). Only those with a strong belief in recovery and second chances need apply! Background in social work, human services, or psychology a plus, but not required.
