Please join us as we honor their commitment, sacrifice, leadership, and the countless lives they’ve impacted throughout their careers. While retirement marks the end of a chapter, they will always remain a part of our fire family.

On November 5th, our brother Evan received news no one is ever prepared to hear β€” he was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). What started as a visit to the ER for a persistent cough, leg pain, and fatigue led to an immediate transfer to UW Medical Center, where he began chemotherapy that same night.

Evan will remain hospitalized for his first month of treatment, surrounded by family as he begins this battle head-on. The road ahead may include multiple rounds of chemo, temporary housing near UWMC, and potentially a bone marrow transplant.

Evan is a fighter β€” a friend, father-figure, and hero to many. As a firefighter and paramedic, he’s spent his career helping others. Now it’s our turn to help him.

πŸ’™ How you can help:
β€’ Donate: All contributions will go directly toward medical, travel, and housing expenses. GoFundMe link in our bio!
β€’ Give Blood: Evan currently relies on blood donations β€” a true lifeline. Please consider donating to your local blood bank.
β€’ Join the Bone Marrow Registry: Signing up is simple and free. Visit https://my.nmdp.org to learn how you can potentially save a life.

Evan and his Family are grateful for the outpouring of love and support. Every prayer, message, and act of kindness means the world to them. πŸ’ͺ❀️
