The cycle of bullying isn't just about the act itself, but the silence and fear that lets it continue. 🤐 As teens, you can help us shatter that cycle. 🛠️

**If you see bullying:**
Don't join in or laugh.
Distract, diffuse, or remove yourself and report to an adult.
Lend support to the person being targeted.

**If you're being targeted:**
You are not alone. Reach out to a trusted adult or friend.
Your feelings are valid.

**For all of us:**
Cultivate empathy. Try to understand different perspectives.
Model respectful behavior online and offline.

Let's choose courage, compassion, and change. 💚

Sometimes strong feelings like anxiety, anger, or fear are felt in your belly. This can make you feel butterflies, aches, and nausea. On the flip side, how you feel can effect your mood - so it can be harder to be in a good mood if you have a stomach ache, cold or flu.
