Abby S. saw BHP on social media and nominated her friend…

''Angela was in school and felt extreme pain. She left, went to the ER where she found that she had two cysts rupture and had to remain in the hospital. She has two boys at home with her husband. She is now home but not able to help as she normally does and hasn't been able to go to school for a week so far. She has to wait for her body to absorb the excess fluids from the rupture and is not anywhere near 100%. She looks 5 months
pregnant at the moment. In addition to being a teacher and mom, she helps to run their business, a task that her husband now has to absorb.”

We are so grateful to serve Angela and her family to make more time for her to rest and recover.

It feels like summer just started, but August 1st will be here before we know it!

Our Blessed Home Project Back to School Bash is right around the corner, and we’re already preparing to help local students start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed.

We are currently collecting school supply donations and would love your support. Every notebook, pack of crayons, folder, pencil, and backpack helps make a difference for a child and family in our community.

BHP was born from a simple act of obedience.

In 2019, our founder, Melissa, was cleaning a home when God placed a powerful idea on her heart: use the gift of cleaning to serve others for free. What started as a calling quickly became a mission. In 2020, The Blessed Home Project was officially founded to provide complimentary house cleaning services for individuals and families facing illness, loss, surgery, grief, and other difficult life circumstances.

Today, we continue to bring hope, encouragement, prayer, and practical support to our neighbors throughout the Pittsburgh area. Because sometimes a clean home is more than a clean home. It’s a reminder that you are seen, loved, and not alone. 🩵
