Volunteer Gallery Hosts Wanted

Love art and community? Looking for a peaceful place to spend a few hours? Come volunteer with us!

The Frank Bette Center for the Arts is a nonprofit, volunteer-run arts center, and we’re looking for people to join our team of Gallery Hosts.

Gallery Hosts welcome visitors, answer questions, and help people connect with the artwork on view. No art expertise is required—just a welcoming attitude and an interest in art and community.

And when things are quiet? Read a book. Work on your art. Do your homework. Catch up on a project. Enjoy a cup of tea. You’ll be spending your time in a creative, welcoming space surrounded by art.

Gallery Hosts volunteer for a 3-hour shift, Friday through Sunday:
11 AM–2 PM
2–5 PM

Volunteering at the gallery is also a great way to meet artists and art lovers, learn more about the Center, and get involved in other areas of our organization. There are opportunities to take on additional projects, develop new skills, and gain experience in the arts and nonprofit community.

Come spend a few hours with us, enjoy the art, and help keep the gallery welcoming and active!
