Illuman NorCal Male spirituality and the spiritual journey If the pain is denied or stuffed it will be transmitted or projected onto others – especially those we love.

“The young man who cannot cry is a savage, the old man who cannot laugh is a fool.”

The transformation of a man’s heart happens when he holds the pain in his powerlessness. A community of men can be the sacred container that allows a man to embrace his pain that can begin his spiritual journey of transformation. The M.A.L.Es program is open to:
· Men of all races and religions.
· Men seeking wisdom for the journey
· Grandfathers, fathers, sons, godsons and grandsons.
· Men without fathers.
