__🙏🤍 “THE CRUSHING BEFORE THE OIL” 🤍🙏
Hidden in His strength
Oil doesn’t flow until something is crushed.
In the natural, olives must be pressed to release the oil. In the Spirit, our flesh, pride, and comfort must be pressed so the anointing can flow.
David was chosen as king long before he sat on the throne. But between the promise and the palace came years of crushing: rejection, hiding in caves, betrayal, loneliness, and waiting. Yet every crushing prepared him for greater glory.
💧The crushing was not punishment it was preparation.
Each time David was tested in the field, in the cave, and in the palace God was refining him, removing self so the Spirit could reign.
He learned mercy when he could have taken revenge. He learned to worship when he had every reason to weep.
And in that process, the pure oil of God’s anointing flowed.
🔥The crushing of your flesh is God’s way of saying, “I am preparing to pour.”
• When pride breaks, purity flows.
• When comfort dies, calling rises.
• When you surrender, the oil finds you.
God doesn’t anoint flesh He anoints broken vessels that yield. The more broken you are before Him, the more oil can flow through you.
💬 Prophetic Declaration:
“Lord, crush everything in me that resists You.
Let my pain become the press that releases Your oil.
I will not despise my crushing it is birthing my anointing.”
✨ Remember..
Before there is oil, there must be pressure.
Before there is glory, there must be surrender.
The olive’s greatness is not in its shape, but in what flows out after it’s crushed.
And just like David, your crushing is not the end it’s the proof that oil is about to pour. 🌿
