Children & Campuses | Protection of Children

PRAY WITH US TODAY

"He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge."
📖 Psalm 91:4

Today, we pray for God's protection over children across the Philippines.

Why This Matters

Children are among the most vulnerable members of society, yet they are the future of our nation. Protecting and nurturing them today helps shape a stronger generation tomorrow.

🙏 May every child be safe, loved, valued, and protected from harm. Pray also for parents, teachers, and caregivers as they guide the next generation.

Last Saturday, the community of LUV led by M’ Allyn and M’Joy came alive with energy and laughter as OMS intern-embarkers Jesse and Haven gathered local youths and children for a day of community and connection. The afternoon was filled with friendly games of ball, warm introductions, and the simple joy of fellowship. Through active play and shared conversations, Jesse and Haven created a welcoming space where young hearts could bond, build trust, and feel seen.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for the wonderful time of fellowship shared in LUV last Saturday. We place Jesse, Haven, and every child and youth who gathered into your loving hands. Bless the seeds of friendship and trust planted on the court, and may these young lives grow in peace, joy, and faith. Guide Jesse and Haven with wisdom and strength as they continue their ministry, and let your grace remain over the entire LUV community. Amen.

Prayer Focus: Every Community for Christ Philippines

Making CHRIST Known in Every Community

Bible Verse: Romans 10:14-15 (NIV)
"How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’"

Why This Matters

Every community needs the hope, love, and transforming power of Jesus Christ. Many people are still searching for meaning, healing, and truth, yet have not had the opportunity to hear the Gospel in a clear and personal way. God calls His Church to be His witnesses, sharing His message through words, actions, compassion, and service. As believers pray, go, give, and serve, communities can be transformed, lives can be changed, and more people can come to know and follow Christ. Through God’s grace, each community can become a place where faith flourishes and Christ is made known.

Prayer for...

🙏 Pray for wisdom, strength, and protection for missionaries, pastors, ministry workers, and volunteers serving in communities across the Philippines.

🙏 Pray for open doors to share the Gospel and for meaningful relationships to be built with people who have not yet heard or responded to the message of Christ.

🙏 Pray for churches to become places of welcome, discipleship, prayer, compassion, and practical service within their communities.

🙏 Pray that new believers will grow in their faith, develop a strong relationship with Christ, and become faithful witnesses to others.

🙏 Pray for God to raise up Christ-centered leaders and equip local believers to continue the work of reaching and discipling their communities.

🙏 Pray for unity among churches and ministry partners as they work together to make Christ known in every community.

In a powerful movement of faith and leadership, the New Life Baptist Church took a major step forward across Samar and Leyte. Yesterday, The team (Ptr. Ino, Ems, Juvy) led a high-energy saturation and directed a transformational "Launch the Church" training in Tacloban.
The hunger to learn and grow was so clear among the pastors and church planters that the session stretched into an energetic overtime training on T&M (Train & Multiply) Launch the Church. Participants left equipped, inspired, and deeply united in their vision to expand God’s kingdom across the region.

"Heavenly Father, we thank You for the incredible work done through Tacloban Team, and every leader who gathered in Tacloban. Thank You for the enthusiasm that kept them in Your presence and learning beyond the scheduled hours. We pray for the New Life Baptist Church Network across Samar and Leyte—may every seed planted during this T&M training bear rich, lasting fruit. Protect these leaders, grant them wisdom as they launch new churches, and let Your Gospel multiply across every community. Amen."

JAIL & PRISON MINISTRY
Prayer Focus: Release and New Beginnings

Isaiah 43:18–19 — “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!”

Father in heaven, when our loved ones walk out of prison, let them leave with more than a release form. Let them leave transformed, with hope, direction, and a community ready to receive them. Break the stigma of incarceration. Open doors for jobs, churches, and relationships that see their future, not their past. Help them build something new, turning painful chapters into testimonies that serve others. Redeem wasted years, Lord, by Your mercy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
