The 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 joins the Diocese of Cubao in celebrating the 23rd Anniversary of the Dedication of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗹.

For 23 years, the Cathedral has been a sacred home where families and communities come together to pray, celebrate the Eucharist, and encounter Christ.

As we celebrate this milestone, may it remind us of the beauty of a family that prays together, grows together, and remains rooted in Christ. May the Cathedral continue to be a home where families find strength in faith, hope in prayer, and joy in being together.

May we continue building families centered on Christ, because when families grow in faith, the Church grows stronger.

Happy 23rd Anniversary of the Dedication, Cubao Cathedral! May your sacred home continue to welcome, unite, and bring countless families closer to God, as we journey together as one people of God in the city on a hill. 🙏

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟯𝟬 𝗢𝗙 𝟱𝟬 | 𝑽𝑶𝑰𝑪𝑬𝑺 𝑶𝑭 𝑭𝑨𝑰𝑻𝑯: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒄𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑶𝑳𝑴𝑴𝑷 𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚

During the years of Bishop Pelayo, Msgr. Lorica, and Msgr. Bugaoan, the OLMMP Choral Society became a vibrant expression of the parish’s faith, talent, and community spirit.

A cherished tradition was the annual Choralfest, featuring the ten zone-based choirs of the parish. These gatherings, along with the popular “Halo-Halo sa Tag-Init” concerts, showcased the richness of musical talent within the community and strengthened fellowship among parishioners.

OLMMP parish-based choirs—including the Zone 8 Choral Group, Tinig Zone 5 Choir, Zone 2 Choir, Zone 6 Chorus, Zone 10 Angelus, Children’s Choir, and the Emanon All-Male Choir—also brought pride to the parish through their participation and success in various choral competitions across Quezon City and the Archdiocese.

A notable highlight was the parish’s achievement in the Apostleship of Prayer competitions, where the OLMMP Parish Choir under Kuya Brad Victoriano earned top honors in the Quezon City inter-parish contest with Hindi Kita Malilimutan and Alleluia Rock, and later placed second in the intercity competition.

𝑰𝑲𝑨𝑻𝑳𝑶𝑵𝑮 𝑨𝑹𝑨𝑾 𝑵𝑮 𝑻𝑹𝑰𝑫𝑼𝑶

Mahal na Birheng Maria, sa iyong kaluwalhatian sa langit, ipakita mo sa amin ang kagandahang naghihintay sa mga pusong nananatiling tapat sa Diyos. Nawa’y ang aming mga mata ay hindi lamang tumingin sa mga bagay na lumilipas, kundi laging maghangad sa mga bagay na walang hanggan.

Tulungan mo kaming mamuhay nang may pag-ibig, kabanalan, at pag-asa, upang balang araw, sa awa ng Diyos, makasama ka namin sa kalangitan at makapiling si Hesus magpakailanman.

O God, who from living and chosen stones prepare an eternal dwelling for your majesty, increase in your Church the spirit of grace you have bestowed, so that by new growth your faithful people may build up the heavenly Jerusalem. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
