Acceptance & Renewal of Vows of the Lay Canossians

“A heart that loves knows how to remain faithful, even in moments of sorrow.”

On this beautiful celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows, we are reminded of Mary’s unwavering fiat—her courage to remain beside Jesus through joy, suffering, and the cross. Her life teaches us that true love is not only about celebrating the good moments, but also about faithfully staying when the journey becomes difficult.

With grateful hearts, we also celebrate a meaningful milestone in the life of our Lay Canossians as they offer their acceptance and renewal of vows.

Their yes is a beautiful response to God’s call: a commitment to live the Canossian charism in the midst of everyday life—to make Jesus known and loved, to serve with compassion, and to journey with others in faith, humility, and charity. ❤️‍🔥

May their renewed commitment be strengthened by the example of Mary, Mother of Sorrows, and inspired by the life and spirituality of St. Magdalene of Canossa.

💙 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲! 💙

With hearts overflowing with gratitude, we give thanks to our loving God for the success of the 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. This gathering was more than an event—it was a beautiful encounter of faith, friendship, formation, and mission. Behind every well-organized activity, every meal served, every welcoming smile, and every smooth transition was your willingness to serve with charity and humility. Your dedication truly reflected the Canossian spirit.

To our 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁, thank you for your vision, leadership, countless hours of planning, and unwavering dedication. Your hard work created a meaningful formation experience that inspired and united our Canossian Youth.

Your enthusiasm, openness, active participation, and desire to grow made this General Assembly truly vibrant and life-giving. You are the reason we continue this mission of forming young people who will make Jesus known and loved.

As we return to our homes and communities, may we carry with us the lessons we have learned, the friendships we have built, and the mission we have embraced. Let us continue to live the Canossian charism of Charity and Humility, becoming joyful witnesses of Christ wherever we are.
