Calling all students, future educators, researchers, and young changemakers!

Be part of the NCEME 2026 Student Congress and join an important conversation on how assessment can better support learning, equity, and quality in Philippine education.

Under the theme “Assessment for Learning: Leveraging Evidence to Drive Quality and Equity in the Philippine Education System,” the Student Congress brings together experts and students to explore timely issues shaping education today, from artificial intelligence and authentic assessment to understanding what assessment scores really tell us about student abilities.

We encourage all participants to prioritize their safety, allow extra travel time, and take the necessary precautions when traveling to the venue.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The NCEME 2026 Student Congress has been rescheduled to 19 September 2026 (Saturday), from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN (Manila Time). The event will continue to be conducted online, as originally planned.

Participants who have already paid the registration fee may either carry over their payment to the rescheduled event at no additional cost or request reimbursement if they are unable to attend on the new date.

All existing registrations will remain confirmed unless reimbursement is requested. For any concerns, please reach out to [email protected]

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility.

We’re pleased to share the NCEME 2026 Conference Handbook, updated as of today (26 August 2026). The handbook contains key information to help participants prepare for the conference. Please note that minor updates or adjustments may still be made, as necessary.

Day 1 registration will open at 7:00 AM. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to allow sufficient time for registration before the conference programme begins.
