From his early foundation as a cadet officer, up to his present role in operational command as Assistant Chief of Marine Staff for Operations (MC3), the career of COL CHARLIE A DOMINGO JR PN(M)(GSC) has been marked by academic excellence, steady progression, and committed service to the nation.
During his academic years in Adamson University, he was a member of MOCC CL-1994, graduating as the Unit's Corps Commander, "HAMMERHEAD" CL-1998. He then entered the Philippine Military Academy, where he graduated as the valedictorian of "Banyuhay" CL-2002, an achievement that reflects the institutionโs rigorous standards in developing future officers of the AFP. He later pursued higher education at Ateneo School of Government, distinguishing himself as a valedictorian in his graduate studies in public management. As a product of Adamson, PMA, and Ateneo, he built a strong foundation that would shape his future in military service.
His leadership experience expanded through key positions in the Philippine Marine Corps, including his service as Chief of Staff of the 3rd Marine Brigade and later as Assistant Chief of Marine Staff for Operations (MC3). His momentum continued with his promotion to Colonel on January 2025, and he currently serves as the Chief of Marine Staff for Operations (MC3), contributing to operational planning and mission ex*****on.
