Many families we serve are already facing financial challenges, and the recent typhoon and Habagat have made it even harder to put food on the table and meet their basic needs.

Through our Delivering Hope Project, Childhope Philippines is providing relief assistance to affected families in our communities.

As of today, we have reached 126 families across our North and South Manila areas. But there are still more families who need our help.

Nitong ika-13 ng Agosto, nagkaroon ng pagpupulong sa pagitan ng ChildHope Philippines Foundation Inc. at JASHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government upang pag-usapan ang programang 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗲.

Ang 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘆𝗲 ay naglalayong magpalaganap ng komprehensibong kamalayan hinggil sa kalagayan ng mga Children in Street Situations (CiSS). Nilalayon nitong suriin ang kanilang sitwasyon upang makapagbigay ng tamang impormasyon kung paano sila mapoprotektahan sa ilalim ng batas at kung anong mga konkretong hakbang ang maaaring gawin ng komunidad upang sila ay epektibong matulungan.

Inaasahan na isasagawa ang naturang programa sa pagsapit ng ika-2 ng Setyembre na nakalinya sa petsa ng End-of-Term Block Calendar ng paaralan.

The rain may stop, but for many families we serve, the struggle continues.

Many of the children and families we work with through Childhope live in very difficult circumstances. For families already living on the margins, a typhoon can mean no income, no food for the next meal, and nowhere safe to turn.

Today, we are asking for your help.

Any amount you can give can make a difference. Your donation can help us provide basic food and essential needs to affected children and families—food on their table, drinking water, hygiene supplies, and other immediate necessities.

We were happy to welcome the Omar Dy Memorial Outreach Project, one of the generous donors of our Kalyeskwela (KE) equipment, during their recent visit to Childhope Philippines.💙

They had the opportunity to observe one of our Kalyeskwela sessions, where Teacher Nicole facilitated a meaningful discussion with our children on healthy ways to handle and express their emotions.

Childhope Philippines participated in the Project Sangandaan: Beyond the Pavement – An Inter-Agency Forum on Strengthening Reintegration Pathways for Children in Street Situations.

The forum brought together government agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to foster collaboration, share best practices, and strengthen efforts toward sustainable reintegration and holistic support for children in street situations.

Together, we continue to build safer pathways and brighter futures for every child. 💛

On August 4, 2026, Childhope Philippines conducted a Basic Literacy and Numeracy (BLAN) session in the Divisoria Area with 6 child participants, focusing on identifying numbers 1 to 20 and spelling them correctly.

Through engaging and interactive learning activities, the children strengthened their foundational literacy and numeracy skills, helping build their confidence and prepare them for continued learning. 💙📚🔢
