The Closing Ceremony of the 21st Century Leadership Program on May 29 at the Philippine National Police Academy was a success, marking the end of a meaningful journey of growth, learning, and purpose.

PLTGEN NERI VINCENT D IGNACIO the Chief of Directorial Staff graced the opening ceremony of the 21st Century Leadership Training held on March 5, 2026 at the PNP National Headquarters.

Through his leadership, the program was conducted in support of transforming righteous leadership within the organization.

In his message, he emphasized the importance of leader's "North Star "—a guiding principle that cannot be bought, influenced and changed. He also highlighted the formation of accountability groups committed to journeying together in sustaining leadership achored toward a better Philippine National Police.
