Wednesday training is on tonight

Youth Modka kickboxing 9-16 years old 4:30-5:30pm

Adults kickboxing 16+ years old 6:00-7:30pm

Next week on Thursday we will be introducing a new High intensity training circuit class 6:00-6:45pm
1 x free trial to see if it is okay for you. Free if you join the club and pay your fees. Non members $5 per session pay as you go.

Remember to bow in as you enter the dojo for respect and bow out when leaving

Wear clean footwear on the Mats please keeps the environment and equipment clean.

Respect the instructor at all times
