Want to beat the winter blues? and still get a workout while learning a useful skill come along and join in kickboxing/basic muay thai training session that is focused around control and technique in a friendly environment suitable for beginners.

First trial session free otherwise pay as you go of $20 per session or $80 monthly training fee.
