The National Bowel Screening Programme offers free screening test every two years for eligible people aged 58-74 in Aotearoa. If you’re eligible, you’ll receive everything you need in the mail, including your invitation and free test kits.

RAWE Rangatahi is a space for rangatahi to get involved, try new activities and grow their confidence in a supportive environment.

From outdoor adventures and sport to learning practical skills and having honest kōrero about health and wellbeing, each week is a chance to challenge yourself, connect with others, and have fun.

RAWE Rangatahi is open to those aged 13 to 19 wanting to get involved.

We still have a few spaces left in our Whānau Fit and Rangatahi Fit sessions held Saturday mornings at Poutiri Wellness Centre, 74 Jellicoe Street Te Puke.

Sessions run every Saturday morning and are supported by our fitness kaimahi. No experience with the equipment is needed as we can help you safely get up to speed.

Whānau Fit: 8.30am – 9.30am
Rangatahi Fit (13-19 years old): 9.30am – 10.30am

Are you a rangatahi aged 16–24 with your learner or restricted licence? Register to attend the free Young Drivers Workshop happening at Rangiuru Sports Club, 16th June.

Each workshop includes:
🚦 Driver behaviour education (speed, impairment, restraints, distraction, and fatigue)
🚗 A 60-minute one-on-one driving lesson with a certified instructor
🔧 Vehicle safety and roadworthiness checks
🛣️ Tips for sharing the road with heavy vehicles and vulnerable road users
⭐ Understanding star safety ratings
