'𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱.'
- 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘋𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘥, Sunday 24th May

Taking time to remember my loved ones who have passed and envisioning them alive in God brings me comfort and softens the edges of my sadness.

When those who care about me reach out to offer me solace, I accept it as the love of God flowing through them. When I remember the good times spent with my loved ones, my heart feels lighter as a smile crosses my lips. These tender moments remind me that God is always with me, even in times of grief.

I need not shrink from the pain of loss or busy myself to avoid feeling it. Instead, I lean in to the comforting love of God to see me through it. This love lifts me and soothes my aching heart. The power of God within gives me strength to persevere with courage and fortitude.

'𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗜 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺.'
- 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘋𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘥, Sunday 17th May

As I picture a crystal-clear stream rushing down a steep mountain slope, I also see it gathering in still pools—calm, deep, and life-giving. This image reminds me that my words and actions flow from a peace that passes understanding, nourished by divine good.

Open to this infinite presence, my heart is steadied and my mind is focused. The words I speak and the choices I make become rich and meaningful. They are not surface ripples but carry the depth and power of spiritual Truth.

As water flows from mountaintop to coastline, the presence of Spirit flows into every part of my life. Divine love pours into human experience. I am both the rushing waters and the deep pools, and from this stream of wisdom I speak words that give life.
